INTERNAL RULES FOR THE USE OF GUEST HOUSES "SIMADA"

Please carefully read these internal rules for the use of the "SIMADA" guest houses (Simada Blue, Simada Green, and Simada Center) before making a reservation.

Adhering to these rules will ensure a pleasant and trouble-free stay with us. The check-in and check-out times for the "SIMADA" guest houses are as follows:

• Check-in: from 15:00 to 20:00


• Check-out: by 11:00 AM

Early check-in and/or late check-out is possible upon prior arrangement and request.

The "SIMADA" guest houses are obligated to provide services that meet the categorization requirements and the previously announced prices.

Internal Order:

1. 
   

   It is prohibited for non-registered persons to enter or stay overnight in the house.

   
   


2. 
   

   Guests must provide an identity document for address registration upon check-in.

   
   


3. 
   

   Pet policy – pets are not allowed on the property.

   
   


4. 
   

   Moving furniture and property in the rooms and common areas of the "Simada" guest houses is prohibited without prior agreement with the house owner.

   
   


5. 
   

   It is prohibited to remove any items (towels, sheets, equipment, dishes, etc.) from the property during the guests' stay.

   
   


6. 
   

   Tourists using the services of the guest houses must be adults according to Bulgarian law (18 years old). Children under 14 years are allowed only if accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or escort. If accompanied by a guardian, a notarized declaration from the parents confirming their consent for the child to stay with the accompanying person for the specified period in the "Simada" guest houses must be provided. Persons aged 16 to 18 may check in alone or with a companion, provided they submit a notarized declaration from their parents confirming their consent for the stay.

   Guests are not allowed to bring and use electric heaters or heating devices during their stay at the "Simada" guest houses.

   
   


8. 
   

   Smoking is strictly prohibited in the bedrooms and other indoor common areas. Smoking is only allowed on terraces and in the outdoor areas of the property.

   
   


9. 
   

   Upon departure, guests must leave the premises in the same condition as they found it at check-in.

   
   


10. 
    

    Guests will be held responsible for any material loss or damage. Any identified material loss or damage must be paid before departure. If material loss or damage is identified after the guest's departure, they must pay for it within 5 days upon an official request from a representative of the "Simada" guest houses.

    
    


11. 
    

    Upon departure, guests must personally return the room keys to the house administrator or leave them in the key boxes.

    
    


12. 
    

    Illegal or immoral activities such as gambling, prostitution, drug use, possession or use of pyrotechnics or dangerous goods, and possession or use of firearms or other weapons are strictly prohibited!

    
    


13. 
    

    If public order is disturbed, including violating the ban on loud noise between 14:00-16:00 and 23:00-08:00, and a complaint is filed with the authorities, the violating guests will be responsible for any damages caused to the "Simada" guest houses. If the authorities impose sanctions, fines, or other penalties, these will be fully covered by the guests responsible for the violation.

    
    


14. 
    

    The owner or manager of the "Simada" guest houses is not responsible for any accidents involving guests' children, both inside and outside the property. The health and safety of the children are the responsibility of their parents!

    
    


15. 
    

    In case of gross violations of the internal rules, the owner or manager of the "Simada" guest houses has the right to terminate the guest's stay.

    
    


16. 
    

    Parents of children aged 16 but under 18, who have declared consent for their children to use the guest houses' services without their presence, are fully responsible for the actions or inactions of their children, as well as any damages caused to the property.

    Reservation Methods:

    
    

• Direct reservation through the website www.simada.bg;


• Reservation by phone or email provided on the website;


• Reservation on-site at the guest house;


• Reservation via online accommodation platforms.

The reservation is considered confirmed after a 50% deposit is paid within 3 working days of making the reservation.

18. Payments can be made in one of the following ways, as agreed with a representative of the "Simada" guest houses: via bank transfer, online payment, electronic banking, or in cash or card at the guest house.

19. Valuables and Security: All valuables and personal belongings of the guests brought to the "Simada" guest houses are the responsibility of the guest. If windows or doors are left open/unlocked during their stay, whether they are on the premises or away (on a walk, at the beach, etc.), the responsibility for any loss or theft falls on the guest.

By confirming the reservation, guests declare that they have read, understood, and agree to the internal rules for using the "Simada" guest houses.

Please note that we require a damage deposit for groups staying in our houses, equivalent to one night’s stay for the entire group.
